Door linings manufactured to specification.
A door lining is more than just a three lengths of timber cut to size and fixed together. The purpose of a door lining is to act as the structural support for a door to be placed within. We have a comprehensive range of different types of linings that include groove for intumescent seals for fire ratings.
Our finish is what truly makes our products stand out. Great care and attention is put into manufacturing our products and it would be a great shame if we did not apply this to our final finish. We have recently invested £100k and an enormous amount of time in re-designing our spraying facility within our factory. We have taken every aspect of spraying to another level to ensure we achieve that perfect finish every single time.
We can fully finish or partly finish each product according to the intended final use. Products intended for direct use on site should be fully finished in our works to ensure a perfect finish. Factory-applied finishes can achieve a far higher quality and consistency than site-applied finishes.
Virtually any form of finish can be applied to any of our timber doors and doorsets, including primed for paint, clear lacquer, tinted lacquer, stain, full bodied paint in many formats such as acid catalyst, polyurethane, solvent and water-based minerals.
As timber is a natural material and continues to adapt to the environment in which it is situated in, variations in colour and grain may occur so to ensure we are always working to the correct colour and finish we provide working samples prior to manufacturing for approval by our clients.
