Renovation of an old textile factory in the heart of Leicester City transformed into 18 luxury apartments. Preserving the history of this building and in-keeping with the original features a triple sash storm proof windows. The triple sash design was used throughout the design of the building which included both entrance door and balcony combinations.
This development consisted of:
- 24 triple sash windows
- 14 single type1 doors
- 12 triple sash
- Entrance door combinations
- 8 double sash and balcony door combinations
- Pair of type1 doors.
